Brody and Rohan are good to go!

Scottre was emergency only today and we saw what he looked like on two snaps...not ready. He may not be 100% for rest of the season.

Julius got his ankle rolled up on pretty good. But he was wearing his knee brace over his sweats so maybe its the knee? Anyway, have a bad feeling about it but nothing confirmed.
Looked like a player landed in his leg and it flexed weirdly at the knee. Happened fast. Hoping it was nothing more than a slight tweak.
He had ice on his right knee in the 1st half.

Julius was crying and hugging people on the sideline.

Now he’s an emotional guy, so maybe he was just really bummed about missing the rest of the game after finally getting healthy, but I’m not so sure.

It was a textbook hip-drop tackle. The type the NFL is penalizing and fining people over. It was good to see Davis get up and move after.

On the bright side, we probably won’t need some of these guys the next game we play either.

Bump

Julius
Scottre
Rohan
Brody
Brody helping to carry the Great Divide trophy all the way around the field after the game suggests his injury is not anything too serious.
Rohan is seen jumping around like a mad man after the game. Scottre I think is still precautionary-ish. I feel bad for Julius but he was also moving around on the side lines quite a bit. Although, Jones sat out the one game, he seems extremely durable. Coon also get yards when it counts.
Scottre was busting some moves during Mony Mony lol. A couple weeks off will be good for everyone after today.

Does anybody know what's going on with Elliot? He was hurt almost 2 1/2 months ago and we haven't heard a thing, unless I missed something. He seems to have been moving just fine today, jumping around, dancing walking fine. Would be great to get him back, especially if Scottre and Davis can't go for awhile.

I think there's another 22 on defense. I saw that, too, but I don't think it was Scottre. Could be wrong.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Was Scottre in street clothes, because I was sure the 22 i saw looked like him. Maybe not?

One of our other injuries was the same thing. I’d have to watch the replays to find it again. Brody’s first block right into his knee was as intentional as could be. It got flagged, but there were plenty others that did not. It wasn’t coincidental. Do they practice that stuff? They all seem to be pretty good at recognizing the situation and inflicting the damage. I’m sure Coach Vigen was fully aware, but I don’t know if he has any steps toward a remedy. Along with the typical leg-twisting and the second defender diving onto helmets Robby-style on out of bounds plays, they seemed more willing to go after the big stuff this year.

Watch the game on a big hi-def screen and it’ll make you sick.

I am 95% sure that was Scottre. He was standing with Julius. The big smile is hard to miss. They were enjoying Adam’s long run.

Yep. No doubt that Beavis preaches it and practices it year in and year out. The bad part is that the BSC officials are the ones that should be on top of this crap but they are inept at best.

Not good. He also tweeted something about dirty players in the game yesterday.

As someone else pointed out, it was a classic hip drop tackle.

Wasn’t Davis in a knee brace while playing?

I’m pretty sure he’s had a brace on his left knee, so that one on his right is likely new. Damn….i was hoping it was a mild high ankle.

So what’s the deal with Jared White? Has he just fallen out of favor or is he dealing with something injuries as well?

2 years ago he seemed like our next guy to take off at RB, then in comes Scottre and Davis last year and he fell down the depth chart, and now this year with the emergence of Jones and Coon he’s fallen even more. I was expecting him to get some carries yesterday after we were down our top 2 guys, but he didn’t get a touch.

When he got tackled on that play, the replay on TV showed him grabbing the right knee as he went down. Didn't really look that bad but something definitely happened.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Davis had been wearing a brace in his return at Davis. But a double brace probably isn’t good. Damnit.

Regardless, it’s really to see him smiling big and holding the Big Sky trophy. Love it!

Really bummed for him. I hope he comes back next year, but only if he truly is feeling healthy.
