Requested 8 tickets. Won't know if I got them until about 7 or 8 tonight. They are basing on priority points, so hopefully they include my recent donation to the football fund. Fingers crossed.

I was in line and got tickets... well, turns out the e-mail was NOT clear at all. 1) YOu can only purchase 8 additional tickets per account regardless of how many season tickets you have on that account. 2) You don't get to choose any seats. Just Sideline, Endzone or either. 3) You don't actually buy the tickets. At the end of the day, available tickets will be processed in order of Bobcat Priority Number. They have NO idea how far down the line it will go. ... So the phone lines will open up later. If you call at 3 PM and get in, you will get in the queue for tickets. It does NOT matter when you call in or when you are in line. All additional tickets will be distributed based on priority number. However, your season tickets if not renewed will be distributed to you regardless of your priority number. ... Confusing??? you betcha.

That was all my understanding as well.

Not confusing at all... based on priority points. I'm likely wasting my time, but will make my request anyway.

I was caller #45 when I called the ticket office this morning It took just about 48 minutes to get a live person.
Hopefully anyone calling will move along at that rate or better. The ticket office people have always been good and efficient handling anything I've called them about.

I applied for my 2 extra tickets, kind of doubt that I will get them since I am pretty low on priority points I think
