This team is going to drive us all crazy! They've blown leads, sometimes very big leads, in pretty much every game this season. But in 2 of the last 3 they've managed to hang on and get nice wins over good teams.

Seth Amunrud from Manhattan Christian with a stellar debut. He took advantage over nobody having any film on him. He won't be left that open again, but that will create more opportunities for the rest of the team. Great job Seth!

Yeah they don't seem to do anything easy!

Why hasn't Amunrud been playing? Seems weird to go from nothing to playing major minutes like that.

So turned the TV to the University of Puget Sound v Seattle University and they gave Miller a shout out for the Cats winning tonight as Miller's brother was shooting free throws for UPS. I turned to the game because I went to PLU for a year and UPS was our rival. Crazy coincidence that I happen to pick that game and they gove the shoutout.

Great win! Nice to see the Cats take control of the game down the stretch and not relinquish the lead. St. Thomas' star player missing 3 FTs in a row helped but the Cats took advantage of the breaks they got. Really nice to see Seth Amunrud out there playing well, he will be a key player if Cavin Holden is going to miss an extended period of time with his injury.

In the post game interview Coach said he missed 7 weeks with an ankle injury.

Seth made a couple nice defensive plays too.

Do we know why King was in street clothes tonight?

He was hurt during the Long Beach game and missed the Utah State game as well as tonight. I believe it's an ankle injury but no idea on the severity or how much time he'll miss. At least he's not in a boot like Holden is!

In the post game interview Coach said Amunrud was going to redshirt until a couple days ago when they got some news about the other players.. Im guessing it means Cavin Holden is going to be out for quite.a while. Kudos to Seth to be ready to jump in when asked. Coach actually got choked up a bit when reflecting on Seth's hardships he has endured since coming to MSU. So, good story all around.

That was a good game and an excellent win. Seth Amunrud was key, as he shot the ball well and had four steals. I’m sure the Tommies had zero clue that he was going to be a big part of the game tonight.

Holden is gone for the season, which is a massive blow to our back court, but next man up mentality with Seth and others will show what kind of depth we’ve got.

If nothing else, Seth’s performance continues to show how well our coaches did in the Portal last Spring.

Christian King will help a lot with his size and scoring when he returns and Howie Keane is going to help out as well. Go Cats!!!!!

I was very impressed with Amunrud's first basket. Strong drive, strong finish. LOVE IT when guys slap the backboard on layups!

Just wouldn't be a Bobcat home game without the refs gifting the other team a tech....
Thought this was justified. You can celebrate a dunk but not in the opponent's face.,

Cats need to win this one!
On TV the Brick sounds like a morgue!
I screamed so loud when #4 bricked those two freethrows. I hope it sounded louder!
#4 was a crybaby B!tch.

If Amunrud has that ability why would they red shirt him? Seems like they could have used him even if Holden hadn't gotten injured

Logie explains it clearly in his post game comments.

While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."
