Best shot of the block.

egris now saying this should have been called for leaping/leveraging.

They are going through the stages of grief right now, and many are still in the denial phase.
Being in denial is a chronic condition for so many Gris fans. This is just a spike in their chronic denial condition.

I hope the word spike didn't trigger any of them. :-^
They're only just getting over "time out" from seven years ago.
No they're not LMAO!!!!!!
Those are good and true points gentlemen  thus the word chronic.
Sadder news is that denial is only one of the psychological problems the Gris fan base is dealing with.

It was not what I was expecting and it was a fairly accurate interpretation of the state of the programs. Just, very animated.

Once he dropped the blind homer bit after the first few minutes, I basically agreed with Schmidt on everything he said about the Griz. They don't seem to want any players, they expect them to want to play for Montana. The fans all plug their ears when any criticism arises about the Griz. The fans still expect to beat the Cats every year without changing the formula that hasn't been working. It's actually a very interesting listen

Agreed. You can see the level of frustration from people that care.

Let’s all hope that nobody who thinks like Schmidt gets any power at UM.

Yep. He didn't say one thing that wasn't correct. I laugh to myself just thinking about the response from his fellow griz.

I think my favorite part of this whole topic is that Schmidt and crew are just NOW realizing the arrogance of the entire program from the top down and into the fanbase. It's how it has always been. Now they are shocked by the arrogance for some reason.

I loved when Schmidt talked about his dialogue online regarding his comments. Not just the blowback but the fact he couldn't even argue with the fans because they would simply dismiss everything he said. You bring up facts? They don't matter. You rely on stats? They don't matter. You point to results? They are skewed and don't matter.

Personally I loved listening to two griz alum both seemingly shocked at the arrogance of UM, and how it just MIGHT be a detriment to the program.

I like the vids, but some of them are getting harder to watch with all the quick cuts. I may have a seizure.

I just noticed for the first time watching Rerun highlights of the game. Did Davis’s foot on the first touchdown actually come down in bounds? Was it ever reviewed? I never noticed it till just now.

From what I saw, toes came down in bounds and he kept his heel up until his second foot hit out of bounds. Clean catch, and a very good one at that.

That’s what I originally thought but the one replay I watched looked different and just the 1 foot came down with the heel out of bounds. I’ll have to rewatch. I didn’t think it was ever even reviewed.
