Yeah, just means he's not leaving for a team like OSU. A team with deeper pockets will have no problem paying his buyout if they want him.

1) Do they actually spend like an FBS program?

2) If they do, why can’t we do the same? BOR?

Can someone answer this for me? Vigen has his university contract, which is at least in part dictated by the BOR. Is there anything preventing something like an NIL deal with a booster for him, or with the foundation/collective/QBC?
