Question
You can only have one Dowler on your team, who do you choose?

Answer
Either choice is both right and wrong at the same time. Much like Schrodinger's cat being both alive and dead simultaneously. Simple quantum mechanics.

Did we get any Blackjack or Bologna?
I heard Blackjack! Thorny said he heard bologna. Game on!
Blackjack was when we hit 21 points. Bologna was very early in first quarter when talking about all those penalties we’ve had lately. Something along the lines of “I wonder how long Coach Vigen puts up with that bologna.”
Too funny!! That’s awesome!
Coach Ty playing the game was not on my bingo card this year for the pod.
I personally love that Coach Ty is playing the game.

Agreed. It appears to me that Ty loves his job and he's having a lot of fun. His attitude is contagious. Ben is a great partner and plays along with it all.

What’s your confidence meter for UC Davis? What about Cat-Griz?

That literally made my head hurt. Great question! I can't answer and take a pass.

Questions for tonight?
1. What are your 3 favorite touchdowns this year? Mine are Taco Dowler punt return NAU, Jared White wheel route Cal Poly (happy he came back) and Ryan King’s this past weekend(50 games and his first TD I heard on the broadcast?) bonus: Jordan Reeds tip drill.

2. With 6 conference games over, what areas of improvement can catapult us to a conference title and top 2 seed in the playoffs? For me, short yardage situations still seem pesky. we’ve left points on the field against Cal Poly, UNC and right before the half against Weber. Having a play design to go get that last nasty yard or two is something I’d like to rely upon as big man month ramps up. Though if it was that easy, I’d maybe have different employment.

Marsh's INT for a TD isn't in your top three!

No, that play was awesome. The little shimmy he did and cut to the outside, shifting gears with the big boy wheels up the side line. I was at UNC and the crowd pop was huge, the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, the dog pile in the end zone and him standing on the bench with the cowboy hat on. Incredible scene. I just felt that one was in a league of its own for this year.

After reading and watching some video from the HBCU brawl on the field between Grambling and Bethune-Cookman, my question is how do you think Vigen and Hauk would react/respond to their players if this happened during the Brawl of the Wild?

Additionally, the Grambling coach coming out after and saying “we will treat disrespect with disrespect” is simply unbelievable in my eyes.

I could see Hauck taking more of an approach like that, although even he wouldn't say something that ridiculous and stupid. Vigen though? Absolutely no way.

He may move at about 90% speed to break up a fight but that's as low as he would go. Even the griz culture is miles ahead of what is acceptable at an HBCU. I'm not at all shocked that the Grambling coach thought that was a good response.

Eastwood, did not make it. Ball out! Recovered, by Montana State!! The Bobcats hold!!! The Bobcats hold!!!

Grambling coach came out and read a scripted apology (well he sort of apologized choking on the script).
