Yeah I'm not a big fan of camo or flag designs on sports uniforms. Looks way too busy and never looks good IMO

Big fan of the "Cats" script helmets tho. Would love to see those and the gold shell version get worn more
I wish whoever paid for them would've donated the money to the outfit from Big Sky (unless that group and other veteran groups wanted MSU to do this). It's a solemn day. The tradition is to do something for veterans that directly impacts them. There's a business in Helena that does free or greatly discounted oil changes for veterans on Veteran's Day. Some businesses (Applebee's and BWW) give free meals. These are the types of things that everyone should be doing for veterans. I'd like to see the holiday expanded for the week or a month, like Black History month. JMHO
Love that idea, Tom!

I wonder if they sell/ auction them after the game to donate money to one of the groups they work with. I think they do this in basketball with pack the place pink.

That's exactly what they're doing, and it will result in a far larger donation to the group they're working with than if they had donated the cost of the jerseys instead.

We just did pretty well against a sneaky good defense. Can you imagine this offense when they get to play that defense in a couple weeks?!

The Weber defense is so sneaky that it masqueraded today as the sort of unit that would allow over a point per offensive play. It's nearly got everyone convinced that it's a terrible unit. Amazing subterfuge.

In their, uhh, defense, the defense wasn't the worst unit on the field for the Wildcats. The special teams and offense constantly put WSU in a hole defensively. I believe all but two scoring drives were of 52 yards or less and one scoring driving was for -7 yards. WSU gave up multiple big plays on special teams in the form of Woods KO return, Dowler's 34-yard PR and another long PR by Steel. Steel had an additional long PR but fumbled, but then on the very next play (if the STs aren't going to F it up, the O will) they threw an INT and it put the defense in worse position than it would have been if they STs hadn't gotten the turnover to begin with. At least 31 of the 66 points allowed were set up by the offense or STs.

And just to piss everyone off: when I said their defense was "good" I meant good compared to the rest of their team. (OldGriz, you have my permission to use that one).

In defense of their other units, by creating those short fields they help the D keep the total yardage and YPP low so they can stay in that good category.

I think I would just say they’re a bad team in every phase. Though their rush offense looked good yesterday!

Now do we move on to how sneaky Davis is. Weber already snuck past us.

UNC's rush offense looked good too...after Brott went out.

The only two teams that I said were sneaky were Cal Poly and UNC. As Lu Kim said, "We all know that China is sneaky, but Japan pretty sneaky, too...Pearl Harbor that was kind of sneaky."

MSU averaged 7.3 yards per play, which is below its average (7.7) in league games. It's the second-best effort by an opposing team in BSC play.

WSU - 7.3
UNC - 8.7
CP - 5.8
ISU - 7.7
NAU - 8.0
EWU - 8.3
