Why are these crosstown games being played so early? CMR/GFHS is the last game or at least used to be. Like Cat/griz. Also do any of these crosstown games have names other than the crosstown game?

If there was anybody on the fence, Gold Rush should have sealed it regardless of win or loss. That place was electric. No 2 vs No 3. Double overtime. Under the lights. Just look at social media and all the amazing content and videos from that game. The don’t have that at many Mountain West schools. And didnt we set a new attendance record? It had to be close.

Pretty special night and tradition. I think we're allowed to call it a tradition but I don't know we may be accused of stealing it. At least we didn't call for a blackout night and wear white uniforms...

When I first heard that I thought, first game of the season, usually in the 90's, wearing all black in the stands......thats going to suck!

Yeah, I saw a post the other day from a gris fan saying that the Cats stole the idea of a mascot statue from them. So, apparently, the gris invented statues now.

Huge Cat family. Good luck to Dawson. He'll obviously have to grow into a FCS corner physically but arguably has the best ball skills of any corner in the state. Was also the fastest player at one of the camps this summer in Bozeman. Really good student too. Literally no reason not to offer him. This is a miss in my book.
