6.20.25 - Gavin Walden & Matthew Perusse commit

Two Minnesota prep players. Gavin Walden (DL) and Matthew Perusse (OL) who were on official visits with Bulette and Wilkins. I don't think the boom from a week or so ago is known yet.

Anyway, these are two huge commits. Gavin is an animal on the DL and has versatility. Like Thornton committing in 2025, Matthew is another Conner Moore level recruit where you just know he's going to be special. That would make four OL in this class for 2026 which then is stacked on to the 4 from 2025. We are going to be great on the OL for a long time.

Pretty good list of schools after Perusse too. Always good to beat out any Dakota schools. Perusse passed on USD and Walden passed on SDSU.

I know those schools have nice facilities and I'm sure the towns are nice too, but get a kid to Bozeman and see what all it has to offer, it shouldn't even be close. The same goes for Fargo.
