I saw a photo in my Facebook feed of a huge M that was being made for the indoor. No idea if it was going inside or out.

Won’t be able to practice the fade pass into the corner of the end zone. Better tear it down and start over! :-^

Why, there is an end zone and will be a track. Plenty of room to throw the fade.

I didn't take many photos of the indoor since not much on the outside has changed. There were questions earlier about snow sloughing off the building and causing a hazard. I saw these snow guards are being installed to alleviate that sloughing hazard.
I still see quite a bit of work that needs to be done (windows, gutters, soffet, trim, lighting, etc), but as long as the big stuff (turf, track) is finished, there shouldn't be an issue using the building by the end of May.

I don't go on Instagram very often, but I saw this pic posted there a week ago. The windows/translucent panels on the North side or main entrance.

Is it going to be painted a beige or lighter color to match the west side grandstand? I’ve seen renderings with that color.

I have no idea. I see different colors on the East side and West side of the building right now. Couldn't they have had the metal already made in that color before installing it?

Why do you say that? From an efficiency standpoint it seems like the windows would allow for use without artificial lights for at least some of the time.

Been told there are two signs / logos on this project. Large "M" on the inside far wall and a cat head on the outside.

Also, The field inside is done. The contractor left Sunday. The track surface is next and should take about 4 weeks.

I figured the Cat head on the outside would just be a vinyl wrap, but if it's an actual sign, that's even cooler. Hopefully, the sign will have some lighting on or behind it too.

Yes, metal buildings usually come in the color you want but I think the colors are limited and you can't get exactly what you want if you're being particular. With the variety of colors on this building I have to think that none of the colors offered were a match. I have to think it's getting painted. Where's Phat_Cat ? He usually knows this stuff.

I highly doubt they will paint the exterior. After going back thru quite a few photos posted on here I think the difference you may be seeing is due to lighting. Hard for the sun to shine on both the East and West sides of a building at the same time. To me photos showing corner shots, some sides look the same color as the ends and some don't.

The south and east are dark gray. The north is a light gray and the west is a light yellow/almost white.
