This Team.

I just watched the post game interviews with Tommy Mellot, Paul Brott, and Brent Vigen and have to say how incredibly proud to be a Bobcat we should all be. As much disappointment, anger, and doubt we as a fanbase feel it couldn’t hold a candle to the way our players and coaches feel. You can clearly see the disappointment and almost disbelief that they let this one slip away. Tommy even says he doesn’t believe the best team won but that’s how it goes. Our head coach is the classiest man I have ever seen and is the greatest leader I think our program could ask for. He acknowledges his mistakes. Shows his disappointment but gives credit to the other team while being there for his players. We all know the outcome now and we all know what should have been done in hindsight but we couldn’t have a better human being leading this program. He will get us over the hump and he will keep recruiting outstanding young men and players that will take this program to new heights. Hats off to the 2024 Montana State Bobcats!

Could not agree more. Although, not being a very uplifting presser, there was something about Vigen in this video that gave me complete trust that we are there and to expect big things to come. This stings now, and next year may have a growing pain or two, but I honestly think we will ultimately land right back in the championship.

Totally agree. Hard to watch that presser and know how disappointed they all are. But 1-0 begins next week. This program will only get better. I truly believe that.

I’m really proud to cheer for a team that truly represents the state of Montana.

The Bison may have won, but their players have very little to do with the state of North Dakota.
