In 2021, our ranking was 124, so I was quite sure that our ticket request would be successful. This year, our ranking is just over 300, so I wasn’t sure if we would get tickets, but we did. I am a little confused now though, if what I hear from different friends is correct. One friend said their ranking was approximately 350, and didn’t get tickets. Another friend said their ranking this year is approximately 550, and did get tickets. I hope I am not spreading incorrect information, this is just what I was told. Maybe call the ticket office today. I would be curious to find out exactly what was the highest successful ranking. Good luck!

Endzones should be flipped this year. Montana State should be in the south side where the teams run onto the field.

Make sure to check other email folders; my husband found the positive email in an other/junk folder.catzz wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 9:31 pmSeveral parties of our tailgate group received emails from MSU Friday around 5pm saying that they either did or didn’t receive tickets for Frisco based off priority number. I had a higher priority number than the ones that got the positive email and I have yet to hear anything…..
Anyone else in that boat?

Bought tickets back in September and ended up in Section 102. Anyone else sitting in that section?

Re: Frisco Seats
You had to request tickets back in November when MSU started taking ticket requests for the playoff games. These were labelled as Season Ticket Renewals. This was all done via an Email and through Ticketswest. Then you would receive a follow up email with the details of your request. A quick search of your email for the email address orders@ticketswest.com will show if you applied.Mrs TrackCat wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 8:48 amIn 2021, our ranking was 124, so I was quite sure that our ticket request would be successful. Following up here after a call with the ticket office this morning. The priority cutoff was in the mid 600s. I was assured that I’d get tickets despite not receiving an email and that they’d be processed in the next couple of days.catgradtimes2 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 9:37 pmI’m in this boat. In terms of the not receiving emails problem. Since it’s not getting filtered to spam either. They mentioned that it could be that I unsubscribed from the eBlasts at some point. To resub to those go to msubobcats.com and in the fan info tab there’s a eBlast sign up form link. Click that and fill out the form.

Re: Frisco Seats
Speaking of tickets, has anyone reached out to anyone on other boards... assuming SDSU fans and some Griz fans bought tickets in advance that they'd now like to sell for fact value? I'm still just going to wait until a few days before the game and get them cheap on Vivid Seats... but just checking to see if anyone has tried that other approach.

Re: Frisco Seats
I've got 4 extras in section 110 row 28
It's on the NDSU side so, I bought 4 more in the Bobcat section
If anyone wants those extra 4 DM me, at cost of what I paid

FYI: Last year we went and watched the teams walk into the stadium. I walked over to the ticket window to get 1 SRO ticket. They sold out one person in front of me. I bought tickets this year in September. I sold those to an MSU alum. Good luck and have fun. We might be making a trip your way next fall. Go Jacks!

But overall prices might be lower to start and worth the risk for $50 or $70 to possibly lose it but know you have a ticket.kmax wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 7:52 pmI would say to be careful with that approach the next two years (at least) though. Going to a much bigger stadium my guess is that there will not be the lack of supply issue driving up the resale values.GoCats18 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 7:07 pmThe NCAA needs to change how this is done. You might as well buy tickets when they first sell them, you have them if your team goes and if not, jack the price up and triple what you paid. Why not just wait until the teams are set and sell them. It’s so dumb.

700 priority number and did not get tickets. I gave in and paid the outrageous prices so that someone from Brooking or Vermillion can enjoy the extra $250/ticket that they made off me. Thanks NCAA

You can also open your My Account and it will show if you applied for the tickets.Cataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2024 10:03 amYou had to request tickets back in November when MSU started taking ticket requests for the playoff games. Re: Frisco Seats
I've been keeping an eye on ticket prices and I think they are creeping DOWN a bit. Just seeing a few on 3rd party sites that are slightly less than a couple days ago. Somewhat surprised me because I think normally after the semi's you see a big surge and a bunch of people panic buying at very high ticket prices, and then once that settles down the prices begin to drop, and end up being super cheap a day or two before the game. There looks to be a LOT of seats for sale when you zoom in on the map and start looking at all the blue spots in the sections. Just FYI.

Does anyone know if the NCAA will be releasing more SRO tickets like they have in previous years and if so, when?
