Very good hire by the Lobos I think. If anyone can turn that hellhole, it just might be Eck.

Do you think his method of signing kids who wanted to prove themselves and move up will work at FBS like it did FCS. History shows if he has success in few years he'll be gone.

I just think he's a very good recruiter, and he'll continue to be a very good recruiter at UNM. But more than that, his style and personality is what is needed at a program that barely has a pulse. He has the DNA to do what Kramer was able to do coming into MSU.

Guess we'll see. I see a much bigger project than Idaho was. Idaho had some history of success, recently dropped down, had talent and with being FCS and transfer rules then didn't lose a such. Bronco built quick improvement at UNM but bailed and they are gutted for talent.
