The official "reported' crowd size for playoff games is controlled by the NCAA, and that was 18,127. Those include only purchased tickets that get scanned through the entry gates. The 'actual' crowd size was at least 21,000. This includes all the press passes, comps. etc. The seats were essentially full. Very proud of the support on a Friday night. Great energy.

Lots of kudos from the ESPN announcers about the crowd size, support from the community, and game day atmosphere. Bobcat Nation represented itself well!

We should all be really proud of how we showed out on National TV last night. My sister who lives in DC said she could hear the crowd over the TV all night long.
