Might be the defenses best overall performance. The break Powdrell had to break that pass up was fantastic.

Davis doesn’t seem the same as last year. Hopefully he gets better as the season goes on.
Was sitting first row behind the Bobcat bench at the 40 where the DBs sit. Tayden Gray and Jody Owens were screaming at each other after the Woodard sack and it was as intense as I’ve seen in a 35-0 game.

Jody was yelling “What the f*ck else do I need to do??!!” and then Gray started dropping n-bombs at full volume.
I don't post much, but I am an MSU alum and have read BN for years. I've learned a bunch from all you knowledgeable folks. Thanks.

Just a couple of points. First, you'll have to cut me some slack on this, but I'm not sure if I understand what actually was happening on the DB bench--based on PapaG's post. I sure hope there is not dissension within the team's ranks. IF so, that can be problematic, and it should be worked out quickly to help the team continue its 1-0 attitude all the way to the end of the season.

Second--and it's a very minor issue that some would call pedantic. Again, you'll have to grant me some grace. :deadhorse: --I'm pretty sure those who describe this year's team as "dominate" actually mean it is a "dominant" (adj.) team that "dominates" (verb) its opponents. I DO hope we continue to dominate, especially in the next two games!

Thanks for your time. Now, I'll prepare for the assaults. :)

Go Cats!
Things seemed OK at the end of the game but I’m sure it will be addressed in meeting rooms this week. It was strange because it was after a big sack by Woodard and everyone in the stands and sideline was celebrating. Then things got real quiet and we were all listening to the outburst. I will say Gray plays with a lot of intensity and got his personal foul not long after this happened. Was surprised to see him back in the game a few plays later.

I seemed to have missed this, but what is the deal with Marqui Johnson? Injured? Buried on the depth chart? Is he returning kicks?
He's done. Not with the team.
Wait, really? When?

I didn’t notice Jared White get in at all. I understand he’s behind our three headed monster, but I feel like he still makes things happen when he gets in and he’s kind of been that first guy to get some carries when we start getting our subs in. Unless I missed it, looks like we went strait to Coon at that point.
I am not sure if he got in or not I was looking for him because he's one of my favorites. He was on the sideline in q4 with helmet on, ready to go.

At the time I realized we weren't seeing him because Davis was getting those carries that would normally go to White at that time in the game.

Also... still feeling sorry for those 2nd/3rd stringers from Pam State who got to "help" Davis get to game speed.

Wish we had more context to what was going on here. I say that about alot of situations to do with Bobcat football that I wish I could be a fly on the wall in the meeting and film rooms.

Vigen was cryptic not explicit. Made it seem somewhat like a mutual parting of ways.

Maybe something changed. Bet he doesn't play another snap though.
