Not really, as they are seeding 16 teams starting this year. Although being a top 8 seed would be pretty tough at 8-4.

Not really, as they are seeding 16 teams starting this year. Although being a top 8 seed would be pretty tough at 8-4.

They had mentioned a first round bye at 8-4, so in that context yes it's a long shot. Sure 9-16 is a seed, but it's a 1st round game still.
