Was just about to post the same. Don't have the stats memorized obviously but I remember Cunningham being a very good, and very reliable kicker.

Re: All Bobcat Kicker Nominations
If Stenerud wasn't amazing in his two years at MSU, Cunningham is 100% the best kicker MSU has ever had. Ranks near the top of EVERY kicking list MSU has. Nothing against Daly because he was an immense talent but Cunningham also had a leg...and was accurate.

Fail by me. Cunningham is who I had in my head, but Daly was the only name that bubbled up. Yes, replace Daly with Cunningham.luckyirishguy25 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 9:36 amI had Jason pegged for the NFL, but never got in, I believe he played in the CFL though.ilovethecats wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 8:47 amWas just about to post the same. Again though...not faulting you for thinking about Daly. He was on his way to being an all-timer.Team10 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 20, 2022 9:07 amFail by me. Re: All Bobcat Kicker Nominations
Never played in the CFL, got a tryout at KC I think, and kicked for a semi pro team for a bit, but went to work using his Engineering degree. My wife still texts with his mom every gameday.luckyirishguy25 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 9:36 amI had Jason pegged for the NFL, but never got in, I believe he played in the CFL though.ilovethecats wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 8:47 amWas just about to post the same. I'll nominate Zach Minter for the 2009 EWU game, just because he was willing to go out there and try to kick!
