I think keep running it with chambers and get out of dodge. Major questions on defense, major good news on the offensive line, and 675k richer.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Just put Austin in there if all we're going to run is qb power. Keep our two guys healthy for EWU.

I'm just going to put this out there. MSU is on pace to run for over 200 yards against a good Pac-12 team with no real workhorse RB healthy right now. Mellott hasn't looked good throwing the football, but players are going to have bad games.

The defense is a work in progress. The offense will be fine.
It's very impressive how well the QB run game has worked so far when OSU knew that's all we had coming into the game.

There ya go JohnK. The defense is keeping the total yards down...thanks to the STs allowing big returns. LOL.

There are so many things to clean up. That's the problem with playing down in the first 2 games, these problems don't show up. Then play way up and they are glaring.

Lots of learning will be happening this week.

Tommy should be playing RB and I know that’s controversial.
He is.
Yep. Basically Wildcat offense now. Tom Stuber doesn’t see it.

Missed pass again.
I see your humor though.

I’m impressed with the running game as well. The passing game needs some work and it’s not “misery” to point it out.

Down/Up/Down is probably more valuable than Down/Down/Up, especially when EWU is up next.

As coloradocat said earlier, study lots of film and work on those mistakes, work on the weaker spots.

Why is MSU passing on first down other than to maybe get the WRs some action against a solid secondary?

Yeah the speed of the game is so much different than the 2 prior.

Bad tackling there, that kick was high enough we needed to tackle him.

Literally any type of D is awful today. Can’t even tackle on special teams now!
I really hope this is a wake up call for the team. I REALLY REALLY hope it isn’t for fans because the team isn’t as good as we thought.

Udy's special teams are not very special.

If Banks was still the DC this score would look a lot different. Yes the players are different but the scheme is atrocious. 21 through 3 quarters against a decent Pac12 team is a good offensive showing. We'd still be within in striking distance with Banks.

BSU's QB didn't have a good game throwing the ball vs. OSU either. 19-28-1, 155 yards, 0 TD.
