I understand how they felt. It would be like an in-state NFL team not drafting Troy. The fans made an assumption and felt blind-sided. His first pick-six will win over some more. Gotta keep up with Singleton!

WOW, I mentioned this earlier in the thread as a possibility but Troy and the Falcons are in fact playing in Seattle Week 3, the day after MSU plays at EWU.

The Falcons also play the Buccaneers, Rams, and New Orleans this year. If the Falcons play Denver in the Super Bowl, then it's possible that Troy could be facing former Bobcat players four times this year. Of course, a lot of guys have to make rosters first and the Falcons and Broncos need to exceed expectations. But there is a chance!
