Sunday notebook says it was Ifanse’s 12th 100-yard day.
so after the Wyoming game- the sunday notebook said Ifanse now has 9 100 yard rush games.

Then after the San Diego game- they say 12...

I'm no mathematician. but something does not add up there...

Can someone confirm???
I have been doing this "Record Watch" for like 10 years now on Bobcat Nation, and the one thing I have learned is that whoever is in charge of the record updates at MSU is pretty terrible at their job.
Maybe if he’s over 200 he gets credit for 2 100-yard games.

That was last Sunday. I haven't checked the one from yesterday to see if was updated/corrected.

I noticed an error regarding McKay’s stats. He is credited with 10 touchdown passes on both msubobcats and the Big Sky website but I’m pretty sure he has thrown 11. Looking at the box score on msubobcats they credited Andrew Patterson with a 44 yard catch in the Northern Colorado game but no touchdown. Just wondering if anyone knows a way to get this corrected.

Yeah, I noticed that too. There are lots of errors throughout a season. I feel like this is a manual process with no review procedures in place, so there are bound to be human errors.
I keep my own tallies and have a system in place to verify data and many times I'm at odds with the official stats.
What they should do is add up everything from the play by play and if it doesn't agree with the totals, then track down the source of the error and fix.

Ifanse actually had 66 yards against Drake, but he's only credited with 60. On that play where he fumbled into the end zone and Ryan Davis fell on it he's officially scored with a carry of zero yards. The down and yardage was 2nd and 6. He carried it all the way to the end zone before losing the ball, so he's getting gypped out of 6 yards. I know it's not a huge number, but it could be important at the end of the year.

Ifanse now has 2,488 yards rushing for his career. He moves up two spots to #6 all time.

Who is Troy Andersen tied with for career TDs vs. UM?

Would likely be Chris Murray or Isaiah Ifanse.

Don Hass is always a good guess when it comes to rushing stuff with MSU.

I don’t know either. That factoid is slipped in there with career TDs. Murray and Ifanse both have 3. Andersen has 5. Ifanse should have 4, but refs didn’t check replay in 2018 game and Andersen scored on the next play. Andersen also has a two-point conversion vs UM.

Mslacat, any idea on team interceptions in a season? We already have 11 in 6 games and so is have to think we’re up there at the half way point of this year. Man have they been momentum swingers on D!

Record for team INTs is 29. 10th is 19. MSU has 11 so far, so that #1 spot is gonna be tough to get to, but top ten is attainable.

Do they keep track of interceptions returned for a touchdown. We've had more pick six's than I can remember in a while.

That's true, but Hass had four TDs at most. He may have two in '65. He had no more than one in '66. He had one in '67. This is according to a snapshot of all games printed in the Chronicle. We have something in the system at the IR that has more details, but I think we can eliminate Hass.
**mslacatfan** I think you put that on the list. Do you know what it was? It wasn't Paul Schafer or Ryan Johnson,
