COVID-19

Post by CelticCat » Thu Mar 12, 2020 10:07 am

Well plenty of tournaments being cancelled today due to the virus. So far the Big Sky is scheduled to go ahead as planned but I wouldn’t be surprised if they follow suit soon.

Once the tide broke it was only a matter of time, you can't risk the bad PR if you are the only tournament that isn't cancelled.

It is the only tournament in Idaho, not a major population center.

While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

Yep. It's a disaster for the NBA, who didn't cancel until multiple players already had COVID-19. Players who have interacted with who knows how many other teams, refs, fans, etc. without knowledge they were sick. All it takes is one player or parent or arena worker to cause a major problem.
