I thought the same thing when I saw that. Guy looks like He has a similar build to TA in that pic

That’s what I’m a bit worried about with the proposed new transfer rules. Really benefits FBS programs. They can poach talent from other FBS teams and FCS teams. However, I’m all for what benefits the athletes.

Here is another article about Cox leaving NDSU. It should be noted that he is graduating this spring and will be a graduate transfer for his senior season.

What I find amazing is how he compares to Troy Andersen. Cox was a dual threat QB in high school and NDSU coach said he might be the fastest guy on the NDSU team.
