No in person contact. But I think they can communicate with each other.

This is correct - written and electronic communication is still allowed during a dead period. You just can't have recruits visit campus or make in-home visits or do anything in person.

I was actually thinking about this guy yesterday. It's tough to keep a guy committed so long especially with a coaching change thrown into the mix. I don't think we can necessarily determine that he is headed to a CC because of grades. It could be he has his sites set on FBS, it could be something came up in his life and he needs to stay close to home, it could be academics (grades and/or test scores), or something else.

He seems like a great young man, and I wish him the very best.

Colter, will you be getting stories with the new verbals (Hadley, Finch, and Murray) before signing day?? I'm sure those stories, along with basketball and everything else make for a busy week, but I enjoy reading them. Hoping we are able to pick up O'Reilly and Tolliver as well
