Damn. How sad...it's something that girl will never forget, will never get over. I don't like the idea of not putting him in prison. Put him in prison and then have him do the counseling afterwards.

Yeah that's a pretty tough read. I wonder what's worse....being raped by a stranger or by someone you trusted? Probably the latter. The part of the story that really stuck out was when after he assaulted her he chased her down the street saying he'd make it all right. I don't know Donaldson obviously but I'd always assumed that what he'd done was an act of stupidity while drunk or high. Not that being under the influence is an excuse......lots of people get drunk and don't rape people.......but you get my point. The behaviour he displayed afterward though shows he was quite aware that what he was doing was wrong. Lock him up.

Ouch. Sad deal. I wasn't aware that there was another accusation out there. He should be getting the 30, eligible in 7.5 IMO. I like her comments at the end... good for her.

The victim will have trust issues forever because of him. She'll never forget what happened that night, and now he'll have to think about it while trying to sleep in his cot in Deer Lodge.

And good for the father to speak the truth and call him a POS.

I hope he rots in prison. It makes me sick to read about people that stoop to rape.
