Looks like this kid is a stud. Named team defensive M.V.P. on the #3 nationally ranked team (USA Today)

Nick Reed was Defensive Player of the Year in Orange Country and made all-CIF (from the same team). Denis made the All county team and might have been the team's MVP on defense and a great player, but Reed was the stud on the defense?

Yes, I noticed that, but if you look at the season game-by-game, it looks like Speights got player of the week honors almost as many times as Reed. Sounds like those 2 together were animals out there...
