With regards to the "stoning," let's go way old school and say something like, "Let he who has never messed up cast the first stone."
For the rest of us, let's just let the legal system run its course.

If we're going to have a battle of wits today, you should find someone to fill out your other half

All this has been covered all through this forum someplace, but for what it's worth you may want to check out how they handled it. Now let's let him have his day in court. I'm also upset at the amount involved and wonder whether or not the agent upped the price in order for this to happen?

Unfortunately it has been that way for a long long time. My bigger concern is the fact that hgih school kids are able to buy this garbage so easily a their schools and if you think Montana is immuned to it check out what an earlier poster said about the drug of choice at Bozeman high being Cocaine

I can agree with this!!! I have seen first class as a student here how crazy the drug scene is in bozeman. Dont get me wrong im from missoula and they would be lying if they said they didnt have the same problem! I can guarantee that it has been this way for a very very long time!

Fuller can be pushed off of a cliff for all I care. He dealt it, even if it was just once or twice. To Andre I say this: You hurt me. You hurt my school. You hurt my football team, and you hurt my football coach, perhaps to the point of wrecking his career. You hurt the way I look at MSU athletics, and have actually tarnished the way I view Bozeman as a whole. And it is only your fault. Get out of my university, off of my football team, and out of my town. Just a little cocaine is too much.

Amen. I have a 7 & 3 year old boy. I can tell you I look at this completely different than I did 8 years ago.

Bravo. Not only Fuller, all the bobcats, former and present, who ruined MSU. Get out of my state, go home. You make me sick. Shame on you.

I assume you'll all be back on here to take back your caustic words IF Fuller is found not guilty. I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty, but why stick your neck out at this point? Very few details have been released and probably won't be for quite a while. I assume that the cops have this transaction on tape, but that hasn't been stated anywhere that I've seen. Informant in the cop world has a pretty wide definition.

Was Andre Fuller caught with cocaine, an illegal substance? yes
I stand by everything I have written.

Didn't he live with the dealer? He should be smarter than that. If he didn't know when he moved in, he should have got out when he found out.

Oh. Well I take it all back then. I didn't realize he was
caught with cocaine. I just thought he was accused of selling it to an informant.
I take it this means that the cops had the transaction to the informant wired and they went right in, but didn't arrest him at the time.

No trying to start a flap here, but do the semantics really matter? I don't care if Andre was selling, doing, growing, transporting, or even just looking at cocaine. It is an illegal substance, one whose effects decimate society, and any involvement with it is grounds for me to dismiss you as an MSU student, football player, or alumni.
So if Andre is cleared of charges do I want him to return to the Bobcats? Nope. I have a 5 year old nephew, and I refuse to knowingly expose him to any type of roll model who is involved in
illegal substances.

How about alchohol in the hands of anyone under 21?
