Good luck, Vigen had ONE good year of Offense at UW and it was in 2016 with Josh Allen(QB) and Brian Hill(RB). WRs were previous staffs recruits as well. Just look at Overall NCCA FBS offensive ranks during his tenure..........horrible! I guess as a Wyoming fan we are going to find out if it was Vigen or if it is Bohls philosophy. But Wyoming fans arent sad to see him go, if he is indeed the MSU hire. Good luck and see you in Laramie for first game of the year.
This is an example of my favorite flawed fan logic that exists. I’m sure Bohl just sat back helplessly as Vigen ran the offense into the ground #-o
That is exactly what happened! It was mind boggling how Bohl didn’t get rid of him based on lack of offensive production. Bohl has had 3 Defensive Coordinators hired away to P5 schools. Bohl knows Defense and wants to run the ball.....but the passing game other than 2016 has been non existent. If it was Vigens doing then get used to the 3 yards and a cloud of dust, your WRs and TEs will be nothing more than blockers. If you have good offensive numbers then we will know it was Bohls doing. Good luck and Vigen is a good guy. Wish him and the Cats nothing but good luck and kick Griz ass!!!
Have you watched the Cats the last 4 years?
Unless you’re playing the griz, then it’s 6.2 yards and a touchdown. \:D/

I remember when we won 3 national championships in a row and rolled over everyone but we really hated our OC for only scoring 30 points per game.

Could you imagine if we would have had Sean McVay and score 37 points per game!!

Then I’d be happy.
  Right! These people are insane!

The standard is the standard loser!

But seriously though, if the Bison lose ONE game...those coaches are on the hot seat immediately. That is the current standard.

It also looks like Coach has a son in high school, 6’2 QB at Laramie high👍🏻👍🏻
So...will he go to Bozeman High, Gallatin High, or will he buy a house in the Belgrade school district? The Panthers could really use him!

As a member of the 1982 MSU Intramural Indoor Whiffleball Championship Team, I approve of Coach Vigen as our next coach.
Damn, why didn't I know about intramural indoor whiffle ball in '82? Poop. I did go to Billings for a tournament.

Let's say that Coach Vigen has had some tough times and issues......fine. Hopefully he has learned from any "mistakes".

Fair, I need to just expect greatness. My bad.

Seriously, no doubt. You scored 40 against the #7 team in the nation? You seem like you’d be better suited to be the French Fry guy at Taco Bell.

He doesn’t have to coordinate he offense, he needs to manage the team. i’ve been told head coach fits him better.

I hope Udy is given a chance, from what I’ve read his system would mesh well with Vigens.

I think every coach on the staff deserves at least one year, hopefully that’s the case.

Maybe we'll finally throw the ball to our TEs since our HC used to play the position!

Eastwood, did not make it. Ball out! Recovered, by Montana State!! The Bobcats hold!!! The Bobcats hold!!!

I think the most important question for Coach Vigen is... Do we get names on the jerseys again?

Those fairies over on egriz are gonna cream their pants if it’s true. They will probably have 10 pages of really clever name jokes. When your unemployed and your only shot at a job is handing out the free Biden checks, I suppose you have a lot of spare time to try and get clever.

First off welcome to the family

What am I missing? Seems like he has been with Bohl while building teams. Do we still need a builder? He has had some awesome QBs that I would assume he played a big part in recruiting (forgot about Jensen that kid was clutch and may not even in his top three). Is he a physical mentality to continue the track we are on?

We won the IWB championship every year. Of course, they only had it one year.

I love the selection of coach Vigen. Go get 'em coach.
