The Cats are getting better. I wouldn’t be surprised if they move ahead of the Griz in national rankings.

Massey still has the CATS at #3, gris at #5. Looks like Sagarin bumped the CATS up 6 spots to #60 and the gris dropped 2 spots to #93.

That just seems silly. The Cats are a better, more complete team right now. That might change, but we'll see. I don't know how any Griz fan can look at the last couple games by both teams and feel good about the Cat\Griz matchup. It's probably going to be an epic brawl, and yes since the game is in Missoula the Griz will have a chance to compete.

After watching and looking at the box scores from NDSU games, both teams need to improve offensively to go toe to toe with them. The Griz are much improved this year from the last. I have my armchair critiques of both teams, however, and I’m obviously bias, I think the Cats have a higher ceiling. Now whether that ceiling can be reached is another story.
