Ahh!! So many victories over the Gris that I have a hard time keeping track of them!!AFCAT wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 4:43 pmThat was the 48-14 beatdown in Bozeman, not Missoula.Cataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 2:56 pmPretty sure that was the year we played in Missoula and Troy was hurt. Jerry Louie-McGee. JLM played for the Gris during the Choate years and as such, he went 0-4 during his time in Stinktown (2016-2019). I don't think @rfischer94 was a Bobcat fan in 2019...Cledus wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 6:06 pmJerry Louie-McGee. One of my favorite Cat/gris memories of all time. At this point it was only a 7-point lead for us and they were going for it on 4th and 6.Cledus wrote: ↑Mon Dec 29, 2025 1:17 pmI believe so. Love it! Thanks for pulling that clip. I remember the hit. JLM was considered a dangerous receiver and these hits kinda took the ooomfa out of him a bit.RobertCats wrote: ↑Tue Dec 30, 2025 10:45 amOne of my favorite Cat/gris memories of all time. If I recall correctly, that was 3rd down. Something like 3rd and 5, so it should have been an easy conversion but it was thrown a skosh behind him instead in front of him. Also, for those who aren't too familiar with JLM, I believe he has some gris offensive records. He was a legit threat with the ball.BobcatDel wrote: ↑Tue Dec 30, 2025 11:25 amLove it! It was 4th and 6 in the second quarter and Okada kept it to a 3 yard gain. Cats were leading 17-0 at the time. I have the game on my computer.Cledus wrote: ↑Tue Dec 30, 2025 12:14 pmIf I recall correctly, that was 3rd down. Re: Ty Okada
I almost felt sorry for that kid. The griz fanboy media types hyped him up so much that he had a huge target on his back. He was an okay player who feasted on weak competition, but the Bobcats just beat the snot out of him. But that's what they do over there and they don't realize they're not doing their heros any favors.RobertCats wrote: ↑Tue Dec 30, 2025 10:45 amOne of my favorite Cat/gris memories of all time. Re: Ty Okada
It’s amazing that an out-of-state MSU player who paid his own way for two seasons until getting a scholarship ended up starting for one of the best defenses in the NFL.
Lots of “experts” missed on Ty starting back in high school.

Seattle to Billings to Missoula to Bozeman to Portland to Billings

Unfortunately, yes. I do have a couple of external hard drives filled with various game high lights, complete games, and game photos though. I used to save more high light stuff and photos than I do now. Cat-gris games are a bit different. I’ll save everything I can get my hands on for Cat-gris wins.Long Time Cat wrote: ↑Tue Dec 30, 2025 5:44 pmAre there Cat/gris games you don't have on your computer?AFCAT wrote: ↑Tue Dec 30, 2025 5:41 pmIt was 4th and 6 in the second quarter and Okada kept it to a 3 yard gain.
