This is the best application of lipstick on the pig that we’ve seen yet.Camo_Cat wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 4:27 pmI respect Juice's fire and passion. He gave everything he has to be on this team. I respect Coach Vigen and the concern he has for his players. I truly believe he was looking out for Juice in that moment. Feels like a father/son relationship and he really cares for Julius. You could tell Coach was getting emotional just talking about Julius in the presser today.
That said, if you're not part of that locker room, if you're not on that field bleeding for the rest of those teammates, if you were not on that field in the middle of that interaction, then you have no business providing commentary about it. You don't know what was said - before, during, or after. This team is stronger, maybe even stronger than last year's squad (which I thought would never be possible). They will take care of this internally. Team leaders and coaches will make sure everyone learns from this and move on. Sure, everyone can have an opinion, but this is one of those instances where no one's opinion means jack-squat. All that matters is between Juice and Coach.
How would you like your family grievances and disagreements aired on national media? I'm sure most of us would be embarrassed as hell with some of the stuff that goes on in our lives. Cut the young man and Coach some slack. No one is ever in a position where they can't be human and make a mistake. Life provides us with learning opportunities every single day. This is small potatoes compared to other crap that goes on in programs across the country.

You don’t disagree. It’s a pig of a situation. It was a pig for Hauck and Fife (which many of you reveled in). It’s a pig for Vigen and Davis. My comments are gentler than a lot of Bobcat fan comments in here. I thought Camo did good work trying to tidy it up.Cataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 4:49 pmYou really are a tool. Im sorry, I don’t like to stir stuff up, but are you serious about talking trash about this?!? Now, where DID I put that footage of Bobby and Logan Fife from 2024??? Ha!!
Football is an emotional game, tempers can run hot, and life moves on. Whether Cats or Griz, both have had intense moments that were handled by the coach and everyone moved past it. Seriously Old Griz, you should stay in your own lane.

You are an idiot troll. Hauck and Fife displayed the caustic situation on the Gris. Fife ended up leaving the team. Hauck wouldnt address the situation. Vigen displayed the love and care he has for his players. Davis issued an apology and sentiment towards his coach and team. Vigen displayed his care and why players love the guy. You are a tool and flat out troll. Just go away.OldGriz wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 5:10 pmYou don’t disagree. It’s a pig of a situation. It was a pig for Hauck and Fife (which many of you reveled in). This is not a competition of whose pig was the ugliest. You are not informed, as Hauck and Fife addressed what happened right after the game (together in the post-game presser). It was unfortunate. So was Saturday in Bozeman. But I thought Camo did a good job to put a spin on it and move forward. That’s the best anyone can do.Cataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 6:52 pmYou are an idiot troll. What you are wrong about is your statement that Hauck wouldn’t address the situation. As for whether they care for each other, I don’t care. That’s too touchy feely for me. Vigen and Davis really looked like they enjoy each other’s company. LOLCataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 7:07 pmWrong. I am sure Hauck and Fife do not care for each other.

Ive stuck up for you at times man in the past. Drop it. You're wearing out your welcome. You're looking more and more like an idiot troll that some claim you are.OldGriz wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 7:12 pmWhat you are wrong about is your statement that Hauck wouldn’t address the situation. Can you state differently?OldGriz wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 7:06 pmThis is not a competition of whose pig was the ugliest. It’s a pig for Vigen and Davis. My comments are gentler than a lot of Bobcat fan comments in here. I thought Camo did good work trying to tidy it up.Cataholic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 4:49 pmYou really are a tool. You have zero insight into the Cat program. Just trolling to stir up the pot and failed as usual. You are a great example of why animosity exists between programs.OldGriz wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 4:41 pmThis is the best application of lipstick on the pig that we’ve seen yet.Camo_Cat wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 4:27 pmI respect Juice's fire and passion. I know he loves this team and they love him right back.

Re: Julius Davis
I've broken up fights buddies got in in the moment they were pissed at me because they felt the other gut deserved to get their ass kicked. A couple wouldn't talk to me for a few days. Still great friends. Reminds me of Vigen Davis.

Vigen, Davis and the locker room are fine. There's nothing more to see here. 7 on defense for Yale was a prick and was under Juice's skin. Vigen felt he needed to keep it from getting worse. The end.

Re: Julius Davis
The interesting thing is how there are kind of two Bobcat teams.
There are the Bobcats who spent considerable time after the game in Missoula engaging with fans in the north end zone, and who got distracted on their way to the prayer circle Saturday in Bozeman.
Then there are the Bobcats who (fortunately) felt the need to say these things:
Vigen:
“Following the game it was apparent that our two teams were interacting more than we needed to. In that moment I wanted to protect Julius Davis in particular. He was in a situation that I didn't feel was great for him and I wanted to get him out of that situation.”
Jones:
“All that extra stuff after the game — that's not how Montana State is. When we win the game, we're going to sing that fight song and then we're going to get to the locker room.”
Let’s hope Vigen and Jones (and Brott) can keep a lid on things.

What an idiotic take. You are trying too hard. Any Gris fan that reads your posts are thinking “what an embarrassment to our fan base”.OldGriz wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 9:59 pmThe interesting thing is how there are kind of two Bobcat teams.
