Yup, the haves and the have nots. Until UNC takes football seriously and is able to invest some cash, they will struggle to build their program. Lamb deserves better and so do all the players there.

6’1” 205 tackling machine with 2 years left. Should be able to get him a decent number of snaps. We have used multiple guys in that rotation this year.
