Take a breath. We aren’t playing Western Oregon here….

Winning by 1 or losing by 50 has no bearing on the season whatsoever for either team.

Lanning wasn't going to let another Idaho happen BUT the Cats need to compete a little. very lacksadaisical and sloppy so far.

Nice running by Taco.
Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14, but 34-11 will do.

Re: Grok’s unofficial Montana State vs Oregon gameday thread
Both teams are running their base stuff to get prepped for the season. Oregon is trying to avoid a scare like it had last year vs Idaho. Sending the punt blockers.
MSU doesn’t look bad unto itself.

Line is getting bullied. Real bad start.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Gonna have to be more creative on those short yardage situstions against these guys. Their DL is just too good to think we can move them.

He got hurt last week. I'm guessing he could potentially play another position on the oline but it would be difficult to play center. Looks like he traveled there. Not sure if he is dressed out or not.

Defense is closing well and not letting receivers get too open.

They’re just running what they would run against a normal opponent.

I get that, but this is not a normal opponent.

Ducks are simply bigger, stronger and faster. We will need time to gel with all the newbies. We will be fine at the FCS level.

Re: Grok’s unofficial Montana State vs Oregon gameday thread
Last year’s 13-1 Oregon survived a 24-14 scare against the Idaho Vandals. The Ducks aren’t ranked as highly this year, but they won’t let anything like that happen again. There should be a 50-point rule for cash-only games like this.

This is going as well as you would expect facing half of an NFL team.
