Not sure I'd be too critical of the player here when Flores' tweet strongly suggests it was MSU that pulled the offer this time. A change in leadership of the defensive coaching staff may have played a role here.

I don't think this one was ever academic issues. I think it came down to scholarship money. He was a late PWO from out-of-state last year when he signed in February 2023. He then elected to take the JUCO route to earn a scholarship and it appears he did that which is why MSU offered. Might just be a situation where he wanted to say closer to home or CP gave him a full-ride.
