Prayers up to the Cordells
Our favorite Bobcat, Bethany, is hurting. Keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Gut wrenching. If you haven't linked through to the obituary (penned by Bethany) yet, carve out some time and space and read it.

She absolutely nailed that obit out of the park. Incredible courage and poise to pull that off. We are so lucky to have her in our Bobcat family. My thoughts and prayers are with her during this terrible time.

She did indeed. So, so sad.ilovethecats wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 12:03 pmShe absolutely nailed that obit out of the park. Incredible courage and poise to pull that off. We are so lucky to have her in our Bobcat family. My thoughts and prayers are with her during this terrible time.

Re: Prayers up to the Cordells
I’ve never met Ben and only “know” Bethany through BN and social media, but this absolutely tears me apart and I cried reading her words. I can’t even begin to imagine having to write something like that about my own brother, it showed tremendous love and courage to pen a tribute like that. I imagine that not a single person had any clue something like this was going to happen, but it’s a horrible reminder of just how quick things can happen. I’m hugging my family a little tighter tonight, and wish I could share more than words on here to console the Cordell family. When things open back up, someone in Boise is getting a bar tab paid in honor of Ben.

Re: Prayers up to the Cordells
This was my favorite part. We can’t do much in this situation. But I think we can do this. I think we can make this a thing going forward. Would love to see people in Bozeman, college kids downtown, adults paying tabs, take this and run with it. Pay a tab on Ben. Or for Bethany.
I’m confident Bobcat Nation can make something happen with this.

Re: Prayers up to the Cordells
It's been a while since I've logged in here... I'm sorry.
This brought me to tears. Thank you all so much for caring and for your kind words. This is an incredibly difficult season of life for my family and I, but knowing how many people like you are behind us makes it a bit easier.

I hope she doesn't mind me posting this,
but Bethany is participating in a Run for Mental Health. I encourage everyone who is able to donate $24, in honor of her late brother Ben, to this important cause and help Bethany reach her goal.
