Re: Playoff Tickets
Sounds like they need to go to a game with a winner -MSU! Sell them kids tickets as that is their grade level.

Well, if he knows who Bethany is and what she does, then it would seem that mdgrizfan must be one of our resident griz trolls.Montanabob wrote: ↑Tue Dec 03, 2019 8:27 pmSounds like they need to go to a game with a winner -MSU! Sell them kids tickets as that is their grade level.

Re: Playoff Tickets
So it's been awhile since I have been to a game I guess. Or maybe I just had tickets given to me. Are tickets always so expense? $80-$138 per ticket seems like a lot.

I think Bethany missed a great opportunity to sell some playoff tickets in Missoula... for the game in Bozeman.

Re: Playoff Tickets
They must have released the unsold season tickets since the last time I looked at ticketswest. Lots more sideline seats on both sides available now.

Re: Playoff Tickets
Why wouldn't the vast majority of season ticket holders go to this game? Isn't this kinda why you get season tickets... to root them on all through the regular season in hopes them end up with a home playoff game?? Maybe it's a case where a lot of season ticket holders just don't bother to renew their seats for the playoffs because they know it probably won't sell out and there will be tickets available at the door.
Great time to be a BOBCAT!

What a bunch of crap! I got on the site at 9:01am Monday and could only get nose bleeds. I wonder if they'll let me swap them.

Re: Playoff Tickets
I think the vast majority of season ticket holders do go to the game if they can. That being said, I go to the games with my nearly 70 year old mother. She was quite reticent to go to the game in case it was really cold or there was too much snow. Ultimately, she decided to go. Also, there are a lot of people that travel from far away for the game and they may be a little concerned about traveling. My guess is that they buy tomorrow/Friday once they know the trip will be safe. Finally, some people in the state buy season tickets to both the Bobcats and the Grizzlies. I imagine that Missoula is a slightly better bet for good weather and (I hope) a closer game.catatac wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 9:52 amWhy wouldn't the vast majority of season ticket holders go to this game? Re: Playoff Tickets
There are a lot of corporate blocks of season tickets, the give them to employees and clients during the season. come playoff time they only buy a few and not the whole blockcatatac wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 9:52 amWhy wouldn't the vast majority of season ticket holders go to this game? Re: Playoff Tickets
In my experience this is the biggest reason for season tickets being available.cats2506 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 10:30 amThere are a lot of corporate blocks of season tickets, the give them to employees and clients during the season. come playoff time they only buy a few and not the whole blockcatatac wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 9:52 amWhy wouldn't the vast majority of season ticket holders go to this game? In a perfect world these businesses would buy them anyway and give them to employees still. But for non-season ticket holding fans, they should always wait for these seats to become available because there are some prime seats that would be much better with rabid fans in them.
On a side note, I saw a dude on Facebook yesterday selling 7 tickets inside floor three with bar access for $250 EACH yesterday! Nothing like a guy trying to make some serious cash instead of supporting the team. Crazy.
