Villanova throttling SELA. I wonder if Bobby is watching film on Villanova's kicking game yet?
Between that and hanging his hat on the prediction thread at egriz it should be an easy peasy week for he and his staff.
Nova's got a pretty good QB. His name is Number Twelve.

Idk, UM's had a string of really difficult opponents this past month. Better push the playoffs back a few weeks before the Nova game. Just to make it fair.

SELA with two consecutive TDs to pull within 31 - 28 still in the 3rd quarter.

I figured Nova would win this one handily. Not so fast!

Turnovers happened, including one on their own goal line.

SELA just took the lead with a little over 2 minutes left. Whomever plays UM, I see their being like 100 points scored.

The officials just handed SELA that game. Phantom push off call on what should’ve been a Nova td. SELA wins 45-44. Nova missed an xp.

God damn, hell of a comeback for SeLa, 45-44 (missed XP by Nova is the difference). Here's to hoping they can knock off the friz.

Edit:
Agreed on the phantom call though. Replay showed absolutely nothing. The commentator seemed to think it was pretty clear until he saw the replay so maybe the refs had a bad angle?

The CAA is down this year and the Southland looks pretty solid. Not surprised at these results. I was surprised that the Big South was better than the SoCo.

Absolutely HORRIBLE call on the OPI. Took a TD off the board on a beautiful one handed catch.

Villanova won that game, did you see their coach at the end? He was livid, and rightfully so. I know their job isn't easy but refs need to keep their hankie in their pocket unless they are 100% sure about taking a TD off the board. People's jobs and livelihoods are at stake here.

Yeah they should have let Nova score and SELA have the ball with almost 2 min. I thought after the call they would have been better off. Surprised they stopped them.

Lots of disappointment over here with the Nova loss. Looks like Spectators will have to find a new team to support.🙀

I have been holding my opinion but I just don't see anything explosive. The passing game looks ok but again not that quickness that I was looking for. If we could pack in 17000-18000 loud rabid fans they could be intimidated. CAT-griz is probably not happening crowd wise but close to the SEMO game atmosphere would be nice...
At least the students will be back from break next weekend, so that will help the attendance number hopefully. Fingers crossed for good weather day before and day of to make traveling easier.

Not disappointed. No dog in the fight. Nova simply got hosed.

I personally thought a 10-year anniversary of the griz/Nova chipper game would’ve been a good story line, but don’t care enough to be disappointed.

Why would MSU fans care who won that game?? I'm just stating I think Nova got screwed on that call. How did you see it, honestly?

So far weather looks to be a high of 38*, a low of 22* and partly sunny. But that can change fast.
Looking for the fans to be the 12th man... LOUD and raucous!!!

I don't think this is a gimme game, we will need to play Albany stepped up a lot in second half, are we favored and should win? yes but can't make mistakes if we play like did with cat griz will be an easy win if play not so good will be a close one. Stopped watching at end of 3rd so could make the women's basketball game in seattle(cats won btw)

If I remember correctly the kids don’t get free tickets. Hopefully Pepsi, or whoever bought them last time, will donate them to the kids again.

Yes. No free student tickets, no corporate/comp tickets, also, I believe, no comped family section tickets.

There also won’t be the standard in-game advertising For this game.

I understand it’s NCAA and most of what they do is stupid. But not giving students tickets to see their college football team play has to be the dumbest thing ever.
