I love how all these NDSU people are pissing and moaning about this to us like it's our fault the school did this.

Now there's something most MSU fans will agree with you on! If you've spent any time on BN at all, you'll know that PF isn't exactly revered by MSU fans...

One thing about it, he's better than Doug Fullerton (BSC Commish and former MSU AD). He's the one that kowtowed to the West Coast schools when the BSC was initially considering inviting NDSU and SDSU to join. Had he not been worried about "the big media markets" of Sacramento and Portland (which they aren't cuz no one cares about the Hornets or the Vikings), this entire situation would not have happened.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

How about paying NDSU again to come to Bozeman? It would be interesting to hear what they say about that.

Our AD was Totally Unproffessional?? are you kidding? definition of IRONIC.

NDSU should and will avoid scheduling any and all big sky teams for the years to come, its painfully obvious that the big fluffy has once again lived up to his name.

Lakes give it up dude. Go back to your own board and whine. I guess the BSC should just fold now that NDSU won't schedule any teams from our conference. Lakes your a tool!

Just because you think it's ironic doesn't mean it isn't true.

Per Colter:

Without SMU payout, MSU was staring a five-game home schedule in the face. Also would have had to go to NDSU, EWU, UND, and an FBS too

The end game for MSU with stadium expansion is more home games and that includes playoffs. This schedule sets MSU for much more success

Sounds reasonable to me!

Your AD had four years to figure this out.

FOUR.

This is funny. Lakes has been banned by pretty much every message board out there including Bisonville. I am surprised you have put up with him for this long.

Right, and I don't think that would have flown well to only provide 5 home games in a year where they are raising sideline/bobcat dues/fees.

I have been banned from circle jerk ville aka bisonville. und, and sdsu who both are certified pussies. big deal.

now Ive been great on this board ever since the Montana State couple wrote an editorial thanking me and my passion and the great time we had at the ndsu-msu playoff game. !!

as for your AD, he said the following:
"we are going to play Southern Miss, wait, no Southern Methodist" #FAIL.

If one were to assume that all of the information needed to make these decisions was available four years ago, and if one also assumes that nothing had changed over the course of the last year (much less the last four years) in terms of counterparties, budgets, etc., then your post would be true.

Of course, that's not how things work here in this place we call "reality."

Using NDB's logic. NDSU's full schedule should have been done before the MSU decision.

serous question alert: please settle this debate

Did Field say

" we are going to play Southern Miss, wait, no Southern Methodist"
or
" we are going to play Southern METH, wait, no Southern Methodist"

It was complete and announced.

We also had to deal with WCU moving their game to 2016. They had the courtesy to let us know in October.

The real debate should be if they are going to forge the signature on the check they give us. Maybe we should get your AD to oversee the payment.

I'm surprised the mods here have shown such patience with you
