Instead of an exclusive football forum...

Post by longhorn_22 » Mon Jan 29, 2007 11:41 am

why don't we make a forum exclusively for "high school sports" or "other sports"?

We (the mods) have discussed this before and it was our feeling that there really isn't enough volume of posts to warrant a specific forum. For now, high school and pro sports seem to work well in the Hangout for discussion without getting buried. As we move forward this may be a consideration though, so thanks for the feedback.

Is there enough volume to put a bobcat basketball and bobcat football split up? Just because I don't really get into the recruiting stuff and this time of year I would like to talk about basketball and not have to wade through a bunch of recruitment talk. I know you have talk a little about this in the past also, just wondering if now is the time.
Don't get me wrong I like talking football but I just don't want to hear about a thousand different recruits and thier whole highschool careers.

It is coming, most likely, in the somewhat near future.

[rtb and BAC put on their black sunglasses with a deliberate sense of purpose as the word comes in to both of them in their earpieces. They move to both sides of kmax, gripping him by the arms with forceful urgency. With a lack of tenderness usually reserved for ax murderers and drunken griz fans, they escort him out of the room and away from the prying eyes of the press and posters alike.]
