For me, it is all about portion control.
I love the footlong sub sandwiches at Subway. Do I need that much? Definitely not. Eat the six-inch sandwich instead
I think that a majority of Americans constantly eat too much in their portions. I think that if everybody kept everything the same, but went with 1/2 portions for a week, amazing results would follow.
