I have a friend whose kid is going to school in Bozeman. They went down yesterday looking for a place to live. They are looking for a 3 bedroom place. Anyone know of any good places or landlords they can check out?

Just a personal opinion but stay away from Mimmick (sp?) management.

probably just depends what they want to spend. i was glancing through the paper and there are hundreds of places for rent. some way better than others. i'm guessing these guys won't have any problem what so ever finding whatever they are looking for. if they want to spend $1,000-$1,200 they can live almost anywhere...

I would try Witt Realty. Don't know what they have but they are very good people.

Agreed. Mrs. Witt is a great lady and very fair. I've known her for a long time.

I work in the same building as the Peak Property Management People. They all seem to be very nice folks. No personal rental experience with them. But, I know they have a ton of properties available.
