That’s upper-middle, middle or lower-middle.

Very few people think critically unless confronted with a situation that forces it. Many that do studied a science, which requires that kind of thought process, so they were forced into it and bought into it over time. Most people look for and listen to things that support their initial or desired thought. You see this in politics all the time.

Pretty much everyone thinks they are a critical thinker, and thinks that most other people are not. Especially those who vote differently than them.
