I guess no other administration has hand picked any of their cabinet members.
I can't argue with you on that Rick.
Well, at least CNN put some type of news report on this topicThe Butcher wrote: ↑Fri Oct 16, 2020 11:23 amNot that this should be surprising.

The Obvious point is, the president’s own folks admitted the credibility of this info is questionable at best. John Ratcliffe, acknowledged the documents, sourced to Russian intelligence, might have been “exaggerated” or even “fabricated”.

I know this will shock some people, but Russia really likes Trump so much they are more than willing to undermine American democracy.

The author is Jenna McGloughlin who previously wrote for CNN and Mother Jones Magazine (both liberal organizations). I thought is was strange that the China and Iran efforts to influence the election were downplayed in the article. Specifically, the article does not mention who was benefiting from those countries efforts on the election. Using your same rationale that Russia likes Trump, apparently Iran likes Biden. The Butcher wrote: ↑Wed Mar 17, 2021 7:34 amGuess what everyone- Russia was trying to get Trump reelected in 2020! Wow! They passed GENERIC polling information that DID NOT contain any strategic plans to a business associate in Russia. Some of the info was from PUBLIC SOURCES. I am sure that USA Today poll that they sent was critical to Russia’s effort to change the election. The Butcher wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 8:28 pmWell, well, well.
Trump’s campaign manager WAS colluding with Russian intelligence to help Trump win the 2016 election. There is still a lot we don’t know, so it probably is going to get worse.

Mr. Gates said in a statement on Thursday that the Treasury Department had failed to provide any evidence to back up its claim, adding that “the polling data passed periodically to Kilimnik at Paul Manafort’s direction was simplistic and outdated, never in real time.”
“It was from both public and internal sources,” Mr. Gates said. “It was not massive binders full of demographics or deep research. It was ‘topline’ numbers and did not contain any strategic plans.”
Not sure "generic" is what I would call the information passed along from Trump’s folks to Putin’s folks.
