I've been worried all day about this, haha. I know being under .500 isn't good, but given the circumstances, it's clearly an impressive season. Let's at least get him signed to a really good contract so teams have to give MSU a bunch of money!

I think his .500 record and some head scratching losses this season will keep him in Bozeman another year

Blowing a 14 point second half lead in the dance against Grambling also helps keep him here. At least in the dream world I live in.

Welp, here we go again! Probably going to become a yearly occurrence at this point as long as Leon keeps making great coaching hires. In this case, David Riley from EWU would seem to make a lot more sense for WSU if they go for a Big Sky coach.

Don’t see it happening…a great Big Sky tourney run but not enough after 1 year.
I could be wrong

I'm not sure that I would want to go there or Oregon state. They have no idea where they will end up.

They are likely headed to the Mountain West Conference.

Likely. Pac 10 wages are higher than Mountain West.

No way he is going anywhere after just 1 season.

Yeah, that hasn’t happened in hours.

I was more worried about Leon heading to Washington for their open AD job. Now that Wazzu lost their AD (Pat Chun) to Washington should I worry that Leon might go to Wazzu?

We should probably be worried about Leon going a lot of places with open AD jobs. Personally I'm pretty surprised it hasn't happened yet, hopefully he really loves MSU and Bozeman and doesn't want to chase the big money elsewhere.

Since Leon came here SDSU has continued to excel in all sports

I would agree with this.

Reaching #18 at Utah State is a lot different than being finishing with a losing record at Montana State.

Probably because they have the same AD as when Leon was there.

I imagine the company that makes the big screens for stadiums supports the wabbits.

I suppose the company that makes the big screens for stadiums chips in lots if money for the "Wabbits".
