K-State has missed their share of open looks and free throws too. The chance was there but the margin of error was too small for this many mistakes and misses.

Cats played like they were happy to be there. I give credit to Brown, Ford and Battle for showing up and competing. The others just don't match up to P-5 athletes and they didn't over achieve tonight, which is what was necessary for the upset. Solid year, back to back Big Sky Tourney Champs! Hope Sprinkle and Battle return!

I’m afraid this will be Battle’s last game as a Bobcat.

Probably because these purple Wildcats are a tad bit more deep and talented than the ones MSU plays against in the Big Sky.

KS won't win their next one.

Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14.

Well it was an amazing season. Belo had a very bad game, but a great career. Need to get some better shooting next season. If everyone come back that's scheduled to come back we're going to be really good again.

coulda woulda shoulda.
Honestly, can’t say I am too disappointed. An upset would have been awesome, but not a wholly unexpected outcome.

I don't think so. He's in a good spot personally. MSU is a good fit for him. Read the story on him in the Battle dunk reel thread. If I were a betting man, I'd put money on his return.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Battle, Great, Brown and Ford showed up. Everyone else.....

Shooting and turnovers doomed us. We were pretty close to being right there with a top 15 team. Lots to be happy about.

I think it's pretty clear that Belo is way more banged up than anyone has let on. Osobor was the starting center tonight. Would love to see Danny find a shooter or two in the portal, or maybe Jed Miller can be that guy.

I would be very happy with the game if we had played to our strengths. FT's were horrible and we made so many stupid mistakes that stopped any comeback we could have had. One good run was all we needed....

So would I, mainly because he has already transferred and would need to sit out a year unless he'll be graduating in 3 years and could be a grad transfer. I'm far more concerned about Danny leaving than any of the players.

So many missed bunnies from less than 5 feet from the rim. Tough to watch.

Wish some of the shots would have gone. Pretty frustrating when you can't buy a bucket. Still, good effort and a better showing than last year. Sure do have some good players returning next year with some very valuable experience.

I sure hope RaeQuan is back next year. Plus I hope Sprinkle gives Gros Ventre a chance. I'd like to see another kid on the team next year who can shoot.
