You are totally correct. With all the traveling teams all the good players play each other anyway. I’m sure Leia got plenty of competition. Her school was in Midland, Texas. Anyone ever watch Friday Night Lights?

I'm guessing Leia wasn't more than a few feet away from a basketball her entire childhood.

Our ball movement stalled when second unit came in. Miss Jackson is having a difficult day. Three-point shooting is deadly but their post play is killing us today. Let’s get a couple stops and keep the margin over 10.

Well we led by 10 at the half in Bozeman and now 9 in Missoula. But we did our damage early and then lost some momentum in this one. The lady griz are playing better and making their free throws which they didn't do in Bozeman. White and Limardo have two fouls-not a huge concern yet, but something to watch.

Kinda feels like the cats are a stop and a three away from pulling this into lock mode. Credit the griz though, they are feeding their bigs and its leaving perimeter shots open. Their freshman from Havre has a couple of threes already.

How about Taylor Janssen! I think she got somewhat unintentionally buried on the bench in the game in Bozeman, but in this one she has been outstanding scoring down low and canning a couple of threes.

Fouls are 14-7. Unfortunately we’ve actually committed most of those. Some uncharacteristic loose fouls. Still feels like we are ready to pull away.

With a sweet pass by Beattie and the and-one by Mocchi we get the 9 point lead back, but it was pretty scary there. This thing is far from over going into the 4th.
