Tori Martell from the Personal Side

I always like talking to the players and learning a bit more about them personally. In the article at the link below, Tori Martell provides some of her background and what she has been up to this summer and fall.

Tori was always a good shooter but in the Fast Break Club luncheon she talked about how Coach Binford had made her a better all around ball player. Maybe some have not seen her progression but I have noticed her steady improvement on defense and the ability to handle the ball with either hand....much more comfortable bringing the ball up the court now rather than just a post-up and shoot player.

Thanks! I really enjoy writings from the players. Tori was a much better basketball player last year. Before the end of the year she was providing a spark on defense, too.
