The Starner Years - 1986-87 Montana State mens Basketball team square off for the first time in the season against the University of Montana in a January 31, 1987 overtime contest at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. Another capacity crown watches this game go down to the wire.

The announcers are griz fans. Tony Reed dunks and the announcers yells..."yes". Scott Zanon takes a jumper and the announcer says
"count it" before it even leaves his hands. I never realized it was that bad.
