COVID-19

Well plenty of tournaments being cancelled today due to the virus. So far the Big Sky is scheduled to go ahead as planned but I wouldn’t be surprised if they follow suit soon.

Yes, Big 10, ACC, Pac 12 and one other I can't remember right now... And NHL.

Once the tide broke it was only a matter of time, you can't risk the bad PR if you are the only tournament that isn't cancelled.

It is the only tournament in Idaho, not a major population center.

Yep. It's a disaster for the NBA, who didn't cancel until multiple players already had COVID-19. Players who have interacted with who knows how many other teams, refs, fans, etc. without knowledge they were sick. All it takes is one player or parent or arena worker to cause a major problem.
