NAU can't get out of their own way. The Bobcats by 8 with less than a minute left. Harald Frey can barely walk.

Wow, the Cats do have a pulse.

Bobcats win 63-57! Down a man, point guard on one leg. The Big Sky man-it's nutso.

After leading 63-45 with about 4 minutes remaining, that ended up being way closer than it should have been, but that was still a good road win over a good team. Belo had a big game with 20 points and 14 boards or something like that...4 players in double figures.

Nice job of getting the ball into the post most of the game, build the team around Belo over the next two years he had 20 pts and 10 rebounds

I am excited to see what Belo can be after an off-season with our training staff and lot of work in the weight room. I don't see him getting the ball knocked out of his hands as much if can get a little stronger.

Sure didn’t see this coming after Thursday night’s debacle.

Starting listening as soon as I left the ladies game. This was huge in my opinion. To go in and beat NAU at
THEIR place on THEIR senior day after NAU had just whipped UM. The Cats ain't dead yet!

Cats have 2 games left, NAU has 1. The #5 seed still looks to be within reach.

If we tie their conference record who gets the 5 seed?

Edit: I see we swept NAU, so I would assume us. Half a game back. If they beat Portland State we need to win both.

So...do I have this correct?
NAU plays at Portland State. I think PSU wins that. The Vikings just won at Weber State and they are playing well right now. They are tough at home.
So if that happens and we win one next week we would slot into the 5 spot and get a first round bye right? That means we get to play Portland State first in Boise on Thursday.
We play SUU and UNC next week. If we beat SUU and PSU beats NAU senior night is meaningless for us, but might have the title on the line for UNC. It could also mean we can rest Harald Frey who looks to be far less than 100%.
Worst case for us??? We finish 6th or 7th and to have play one of the Idaho schools on Wednesday-which probably gives us the best chance to get a tourney win. If we're 5th I don't see us beating PSU-I just think Vikings are too good. Just so we can avoid that 8-9 matchup which tips off at 9:30 AM on Wednesday morning.
