Very laggy/choppy, buffering constantly.

Wellp. This one's over. 14 minutes left, down 16 with only 4 points scored this half. 15 turnovers, 6 team fouls already.

Ugly. Gonna be a long year, hoping we can get something going for conference.

So much for that improved offense. Ugh.

This is ugly. The feed is good, but the quality of play is lousy. They have a large crowd

We lose 65-41 to a program that's been D-1 for about 5 minutes.

41? We scored 41 points? The football team scores that on average......

Oops-my bad. We scored 45. The final was 61-45.

They had the momentum most of the game. We were clearly outclassed last night. I started to cringe at the number of breakaway dunks, us stepping out of bounds in the corner, and other careless turnovers... just seemed to get outhussled. I was impressed with Robison. He hit a couple threes right at the start and I thought we would compete.

Too early in the season to give up on essentially a new team. Should have done the winky face guy there. 45 still isn't good, but I'll give a little slack for this team to maybe come together. If they're still getting blown out come conference time, we'll talk about next year.

I did a little Grand Canyon research, I stress "little". They began about 60 years ago, they have 235,000 likes on facebook, MSU has like 75,000. They are not some little tiny school like black hills state. Having Dan Majerle as their coach can't hurt in the recruiting either. I agree with earlier posts, we can't give up on this team, its early in the season, they are the cornerstones for our turnaround. I know they want nothing more than to put together some wins. I hope to be at a few games this year, when my schedule will allow. They need us, we need them.

Grand Canyon is a for-profit school like University of Phoenix and DeVry, so they have a lot of part-time students online and on their various campuses (probably mostly in office parks). They just happen to be the first for-profit university to start up an NCAA athletics program, which is an interesting intersection of the corporate world and the college athletics.

It's publicly traded, if anyone is interesting in investing in them:

The WAC is a strange conference.
